We have been brought up with dogs all our lives. When we got together we wanted a nice family pet. Hubby said lets have a Rottweiler.I can remember thinking ooo no i want kids, But i decided to get one. And it was the best decision i ever made. Our first girl Jagen was from Les Prices Jagen lines.(hence her name Jagen).

Jagen was a brill member of our family, couldnt have asked for more faithful loving girl. 2 years later we decided to get our first male Jaz.In 2000 we bought a little puppy from Jan Pearce which was Lucy. Few months later we had Seren from her. We became great friends with Jan and her family. Would often take the dogs down to her so she could see them. On one of her visits to us, she said they had decided to move abroad to be near her mother, and asked us if we would like to have Ben.Course we did, he was a great dog and we will never forget him. Jan also asked us if we would like to take over her affix(Trudos). We excepted.

We are lucky to live in the heart of the South Wales Valleys, where there is numerous good places to be able to walk our dogs.

We feel ourselves are very fortunate to be able to own such a magnificent breed as the rottweiler, and also being blessed with sound temperaments and this can be seen for example in the interaction between all our dogs with my 3 children. We think this to be one of the most important factors when owning a rottweiler before anything else.

All our dogs live in the house with us night and day as part of our family (not part time when it suits).

We at Trudos also like to occasionally show our dogs and have been luckily enough to have done quite well with them, but we do however personally feel that it is not the be all and end all of owning a dog. To us it is how they are in everyday life, like watching them play and having fun with the children, getting into mischief, taking trips to the local park for a game of footy and walks on the beautiful mountainside etc. This is where we get the most enjoyment and feel this to be more important to them mentally and physically than being full time show dogs.

We Bred Sash our homebred bitch to Champion Pendley Jordan.You can see the 3 i kept back on there own page(Baros, Tyrese & Paris) also the other 4 litter mates can be seen on Editions Page..
